Do you find it overwhelming to stay on track with your healthy eating habits when you have to please your spouse and kids too. Let me tell you, I do it every night and it’s not difficult. Cross that excuse off your list! It is possible to cook for multiple goals and physiques that live under one roof. Choose a protein you can all share, mixed veggies and add a starch for those who want one.
Chop your favorite toppings. I took chicken that I had barbecued earlier in the day, chopped and cooked with 1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning Mix.

Hers: Lettuce Wrap Chicken Tacos, No cheese, Greek yogurt as my sour cream.
His/Kids: Chicken Soft Tacos using Tortillas, Cheese, Sour Cream.
