Ingredients:

-White Fish

-Taco Seasoning Packet & 1/2-1 Cup Water

-Bell Peppers, Onion, Lettuce, Cilantro

-Olive Oil

-Salsa

-Lime Wedges

1. Combine taco seasoning and water. Let fish marinate for a few hours, then grill.

2. While grilling fish, chop and sautee peppers & onions in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Add salt and pepper as desired.

3. Create your salad. Using as much lettuce as you would like, pepper/onion combo, fish and salsa to top. Greek Yogurt is also a tasty addition. I prefer fresh lime juice to top it off.
